Does washing your hands in hot water kill more germs?

Also, is it true that washing dishes in hot water kills more germs? I'm not talking about boiling water but hot water from a sink. Does washing your hands in hot water kill more germs?
whether they die or not may not be so important. Hot soapy water dislodges dirt and the germs go down the drain in the dirt. However in a few minutes your hands will have germs again.Does washing your hands in hot water kill more germs?

You simply wash them down the drain.That is why it is important to wash your hands for at least 15-20 seconds.
