It is not at all advisable to by a fully automatic cloth washing machine if your water tap has poor flow rate. The fully automatic machines are programmed to fill in a certain specific time and in case of poor flow rate it will stop and again you will be required to restart again. This way the whole purpose of having a fully automatic washing machine will be defeated. The washer will fill to the proper level, even with a low flow rate. The problem is with the rinse cycle. The fill level will take longer, but a sensor will activate the agitator when the set level is reached, but the rinse cycle is timed, and less water will be spraying over the load as it spins. you may have to repeat the rinse cycle after the load runs.


I don't think any particular brand/model is built to express this trouble.
